Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms

Recruiting affiliates usually means a signup form that matches your program, and a way to look over each application. This add-on connects Ninja Forms to AffiliateWP so the form you design becomes your affiliate registration form. You build it in the Ninja Forms drag-and-drop builder, so no coding is involved. A simple signup or a longer form with custom fields both work.

The plugin adds affiliate-specific field types and handles some data for you. If a form leaves out a username and password, they are generated automatically, and only an email field is required. It also works with the approval and email workflows in AffiliateWP, so you can read the submitted answers when you review an applicant and use form fields in custom email tags.

Features

• Drag-and-drop form building: Create and adjust affiliate registration forms in the Ninja Forms builder, so you can shape the signup process to fit your program without writing code.
• Affiliate-specific field types: Use any default Ninja Forms field, plus four field types made for affiliates, to collect the exact information your program needs from applicants.
• Automatic login details: Usernames and passwords are generated when a form leaves them out, so only an email field is required to sign an affiliate up.
• Custom email tags: Enable a checkbox on a field to turn it into an email tag, which lets you personalize messages sent through AffiliateWP.
• Full data on approval screen: When approval is required, the complete form submission appears on the affiliate review screen, so you can judge each application with all the answers in view.
• Submissions in WordPress admin: Open affiliate registration submissions from the WordPress admin whenever you need them, including after the affiliate has registered.
• Works with Ninja Forms add-ons: The form can use other Ninja Forms add-ons, covering mailing lists, Slack alerts, file uploads, conditional logic, webhooks and push notices alongside your affiliate signup.
