Bookly Gift Cards (Add-on)

Service businesses often get requests for a way to give their services as a present. This add-on handles that inside your existing booking site. Customers purchase a prepaid gift card online, and the recipient can later use it toward a booking. Payment is processed within the booking system, so the purchase follows the same flow your clients already know.

The add-on works together with the Bookly Pro plugin. You can adjust the gift card templates to match your brand and set several price tiers for different budgets. Automated notifications go out when a card is bought or redeemed, and an admin dashboard with reports shows sales, redemptions and trends. Multi-language and currency support makes it usable for a varied customer base.

Features

• Works with Bookly Pro: The add-on connects to Bookly Pro, so gift cards are bought and redeemed within the same booking system your site already uses.
• Customizable card templates: Edit gift card templates so the design matches your brand and looks consistent with the rest of your website.
• Multiple pricing tiers: Set up several gift card amounts so customers with different budgets can find an option that suits them.
• Automated notifications: Customers receive messages when a gift card is purchased and when it is redeemed, which keeps everyone informed.
• Real-time balance checking: Customers can check the remaining balance on a gift card, which keeps usage clear and easy to follow.
• Admin reports dashboard: Review gift card sales, redemptions and trends in detailed reports to see how cards are being used.
• Issue, deactivate or refund: Administrators can issue gift cards, deactivate them or refund them whenever the situation calls for it.
