Newsletter Mandrill Extension

Sending newsletters from a WordPress site can leave you guessing about what happens after you press send. This extension routes your email through Mandrill, which relies on that service's reputation and infrastructure to help messages reach inboxes. You can send targeted, personalized newsletters and campaigns while keeping everything inside the WordPress admin you already use.

Once campaigns are going out, you can watch opens, clicks and bounces in real time and adjust your approach as results arrive. Subscriber lists, opt-ins and opt-outs are handled in the same place, and you can segment your audience for targeted messaging. It works for small mailings and for large volume sends, so it can stay in place as your list grows.

Features

• Mandrill integration: Connects your WordPress newsletter system to Mandrill, the transactional email delivery service from Mailchimp, so your campaigns are sent through its infrastructure.
• Real-time analytics: Track opens, clicks, bounces and other events as they happen, so you can see how each campaign performs and adjust your next send.
• Subscription management: Manage subscriber lists, automate opt-ins and opt-outs, and segment your audience so each group receives messages that fit them.
• Better deliverability: Uses Mandrill's reputation and infrastructure to help reduce spam rates and get your emails into inboxes more consistently.
• Customizable email templates: Design newsletters that match your brand identity and send them without writing code, so layout changes stay simple.
