Give Fee Recovery

Credit card and gateway fees come out of every online gift, so the amount a nonprofit receives is often a little lower than the amount the donor gave. Give Fee Recovery addresses this by offering donors the chance to add a small extra amount that offsets those processing costs. The organization keeps more of each donation for its mission.

The add-on connects to the donation forms and payment gateways you already run with GiveWP. You can set fee recovery globally, for a single gateway, or for an individual form, and decide whether donors opt in or the fee is applied at checkout. Messages explaining the fee can be adjusted at each of those levels, and reports show how much has been recovered.
