Rex – Minimal WordPress Portfolio Theme

Portfolio sites work best when the design stays out of the way. Rex uses a clean, minimal look so photographs, illustrations, designs and videos get the attention. It is responsive and retina ready, so work displays properly on phones, tablets and high-resolution screens. Layout options for pages and portfolios let you adapt the structure to your own brand and style.

Rex works with Elementor, Gutenberg and ACF Pro, and it includes Slider Revolution, so you can build pages without writing code. The Kirki Customizer lets you adjust colors, typography and layout visually. If you also want to sell products, the theme is compatible with WooCommerce and offers an AJAX cart. It is built on Bootstrap and supports WPML for multilingual sites.

Features

• Clean, minimal design: A simple layout presents your projects and portfolio without distractions, so illustrations, photos and client work remain the focus for visitors.
• Responsive and retina ready: Pages adapt to different devices and display sharply on high-resolution screens, so your portfolio looks right wherever visitors open it.
• Elementor and Gutenberg support: Build and edit pages with Elementor's drag-and-drop tools or the Gutenberg editor, without needing to write code.
• Video and popup galleries: Present videos and images in a popup gallery, which suits photographers, filmmakers and designers who want to display rich media.
• AJAX load more: Portfolio items load dynamically with a Load More button, so visitors can browse more of your work without a full page refresh.
• WooCommerce with AJAX cart: Sell products straight from your portfolio. The theme is compatible with WooCommerce and updates the cart in real time with AJAX.
• Kirki visual customizer: Adjust colors, typography and layout settings through the Kirki Customizer, using a visual interface rather than editing code.
• Menus, sticky header and sharing: Multi-level menus handle larger sites, a sticky header keeps navigation within reach, and social share links help visitors pass on your content.

Best for

• Photographers, illustrators and designers building a portfolio
