Relevanssi Premium

The default WordPress search often returns results that seem random or off-topic. That frustrates visitors on sites with many pages, posts, custom post types or large document libraries. Relevanssi Premium indexes your content in full and ranks matches by context, so the most relevant items appear first. Keywords are highlighted in the results, which helps people see at a glance why a page matched.

The plugin can also take outside data into account. It works with other plugins and analytics tools such as Post Views Counter, so search results can be weighted by visitor behavior. It is built to stay quick on large collections, including gigabytes of PDFs stored on AWS S3. Because it can be used on an unlimited number of sites, it fits agencies, developers and owners of several websites. Custom search development is also available for unusual requirements.

Features

• Full-text content indexing: Indexes pages, posts and custom post types in full, so searches look through everything on your site instead of a narrow slice of it.
• Context-sensitive results: Results are matched to the context of the search terms, and the most relevant content is shown first so visitors reach what they want sooner.
• Keyword highlighting: Search terms are highlighted in the results, so visitors can see where and why each result matches their query.
• Fuzzy matching and sorting: Fuzzy matching helps with imperfect queries, and search result sorting lets you control how matches are ordered for your visitors.
• Weighting by visitor behavior: Works with plugins and analytics tools like Post Views Counter to weight search results by how visitors use your site.
• Large document libraries: Handles big collections of files, including gigabytes of PDFs stored on AWS S3, so documents can be searched along with regular content.
• Use on unlimited sites: Can be used on as many websites as you run, which suits agencies, developers and anyone managing several projects.
• Custom search development: Tailored modifications are available for specialized search needs that go beyond the plugin's built-in functionality.
