WPML Contact Form 7

Sites that run in more than one language often end up with a contact form that stays in a single language. Visitors who read another language then face prompts and error messages they may not follow. This plugin addresses that by bringing Contact Form 7 forms into the WPML translation workflow, so each form can be shown in the language the visitor has chosen.

It works with WPML's language management, so you do not need to rebuild the same form for every language. Translations are handled in WPML's editor without coding, which suits site owners and translators alike. Contact Form 7 features such as file uploads, CAPTCHA and AJAX submissions stay available on the multilingual versions. It fits stores, corporate sites and personal blogs alike.
