WooCommerce Email Verification

Open registration and checkout often bring in fake accounts, spam orders and addresses that lead nowhere. Over time these clutter the customer database and make marketing and communication less accurate. This plugin addresses that by asking each customer to verify an email address before the purchase goes through, so the accounts you keep belong to real people.

Store owners can adjust the verification process to match how they run the shop. Email templates can carry your own branding, and verification emails can be resent automatically if a customer misses the first one. An admin dashboard shows verification status and lets you manage customer accounts, and the plugin works with the WooCommerce checkout and with popular WooCommerce themes and plugins.

Features

• Verification before purchase: Customers confirm their email address before completing an order, which helps prevent fake registrations and spam orders from reaching your store.
• Customizable email templates: Edit the verification emails so they match your branding and explain clearly what the customer needs to do to confirm their address.
• Works with WooCommerce checkout: The verification step fits into the WooCommerce checkout flow, so buyers can move through the buying process without extra friction.
• Automatic resend of emails: If a customer did not receive or missed the first message, verification emails can be sent again so they can finish registering.
• Admin dashboard: Monitor which customers have verified their email and manage customer accounts from one place in your WordPress admin.
• Restricted access until verified: Limit access to certain products or checkout steps until the customer has completed email verification, adding a further check to your store.
• Multi-language support: Serve customers in different languages, which suits stores with an international audience that need verification messages to be understood.
• Compatible with popular themes and plugins: The plugin is built to work with popular WooCommerce themes and plugins, so it can be added to an existing store setup.
