Formidable Digital Signatures

Paper-based signing is slow. Documents get printed, signed, scanned and mailed back, and each step adds delay and admin work. This plugin removes those steps by placing a signature field inside the form people already fill out. Users sign on any device, and the signed result is stored with the submission in your WordPress database for easy access later.

The plugin works with Formidable Forms, so you add a signature field the way you add any other field. You can adjust the field to match your branding and workflow. It also works with approvals and notifications, and signed forms can be exported as PDFs or shared by email. It is built with privacy in mind to help with data protection requirements, and it supports multiple languages.

Features

• Signature fields for Formidable Forms: Add a signature field to any Formidable Forms form, so signing happens as part of the same submission and visitors never leave your site.
• Sign on any device: Users can draw a signature with a mouse, a stylus or a finger, which makes signing practical on desktops, tablets and phones.
• Customizable field options: Adjust the signature fields to fit your branding and workflow requirements, so the form looks consistent with the rest of your site.
• Automatic signature storage: Signatures and signed documents are stored in your WordPress database, which keeps records easy to find and review.
• Approvals and notifications: The plugin works with approval and notification workflows, so the right people can review a signed submission as it comes in.
• PDF export and email sharing: Export signed forms as PDFs or send them by email to keep stakeholders informed without extra manual steps.
• Privacy-minded design: It is built with privacy in mind to help you meet data protection regulations, including GDPR, when collecting signed forms.
