Give Manual Donations

Many nonprofits collect money outside the website: at bake sales, at charity events, or through checks that arrive in the mail. Those gifts often end up in a separate spreadsheet. Give Manual Donations lets an administrator enter each one directly in WordPress, without sending anything through a payment gateway, so the record is kept where the rest of your giving data lives.

Each manual entry can be assigned to an existing donor or to a new donor profile created on the spot. Entries then appear in the GiveWP reports, transactions and logs you already use, which makes it simpler to reconcile offline and online giving. The plugin also handles recurring donations, so ongoing gifts can be recorded as well.
