Overview

Many payment gateways send donors to another site to finish a gift. Give AmeriCloud Payments keeps the whole process onsite, so donors enter their card details on your pages. It works as an add-on built for GiveWP, which means it fits into the donation forms and management tools you already use.

The plugin comes with a certified merchant account tied to AmeriCloud Payments, so there is no separate merchant setup. Funds are deposited into your bank account the next day. A virtual terminal, monthly statements and transaction reporting help you keep track of what comes in. It is made for US-based organizations, and your site needs SSL and HTTPS to protect donor data.

Features

  • Onsite donation processing: Donors enter credit card details without leaving your website, so the entire giving process happens on your own pages.
  • Cards and ACH payments: Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club, plus electronic checks through ACH for donors who prefer a bank transfer.
  • Next-day automatic deposits: Donations are deposited directly into your bank account within 24 hours, which makes it easier to follow your organization's cash flow.
  • Certified merchant account included: A certified merchant account is integrated with AmeriCloud Payments, so you do not need to set up a merchant account separately.
  • Virtual terminal and reporting: Use the virtual terminal, monthly statements and detailed transaction reporting to keep your fundraising finances organized in one place.
  • SSL-enforced security: The plugin requires SSL and HTTPS on your site to protect donor data, and it carries no additional PCI compliance fees.
  • Transparent fee structure: Processing averages 1.75% plus $0.30 per transaction, with no application, batch or termination fees and no long-term contracts.
  • Built for GiveWP: Designed exclusively as a GiveWP add-on, it works inside your existing donation setup and supports donations from donors worldwide.

Best for

  • Nonprofits already running donation forms with GiveWP
  • US-based charities wanting donors to stay on their site
  • Organizations that accept both card and ACH gifts
