WooCommerce Gift Cards

Many stores want to sell gift cards but find that a basic coupon does not behave like prepaid money. This plugin treats a gift card as a prepaid payment method, so balances, redemptions and expirations are recorded as they happen. Shoppers buy a card for an occasion, pick when it is delivered, and add a note for the recipient. Simple and variable gift card products are both supported, and a card can go to several recipients in one purchase.

Behind the scenes, the store owner can search and edit issued cards by code, sender or recipient. Transaction logs follow issuance, use and expiration, and reports show issued, used and expired amounts. Codes can be imported and exported in bulk through CSV files. Customers can keep gift cards in their accounts, check balances and apply them at checkout. It suits any WooCommerce store that wants gift cards with clear accounting.

Features

• Simple and variable gift cards: Sell gift cards as simple or variable products, so customers can choose from preset options that fit different budgets and occasions.
• Scheduled delivery dates: Buyers choose a delivery date for each card, which suits birthdays, holidays and other events that need the gift to arrive at a set time.
• Multiple recipients per purchase: Send gift cards to several recipients in a single order, which helps with corporate gifting or group celebrations.
• Custom amounts: Customers can enter their own amount when the Name Your Price extension is in use alongside the plugin.
• Expiring gift card codes: Create codes with an expiration date. Applied cards are used in order of their expiration date, so the soonest to expire goes first.
• Customer account storage: Customers can keep gift cards in their accounts, check remaining balances and apply a card when they check out.
• Search, edit and transaction logs: Find issued cards by code, sender or recipient, edit them, and review logs of issuance, usage and expiration.
• Reports and CSV tools: View reports on issued, used and expired amounts, and import or export gift card codes in bulk using CSV files.
