PMPro- Extra Expiration Warning Emails Add On

Paid Memberships Pro sends standard notifications, but a single reminder is easy to miss. This add-on lets you send additional expiration warnings ahead of a member's renewal date. Members hear about the upcoming end of their access more than once, which helps reduce unexpected expirations and cancellations.

You write each email in your own voice and decide when it goes out, for example days or weeks before expiration. The add-on works inside Paid Memberships Pro, and the setup screen is simple enough for non-technical users. Once the schedule is set, the emails go out automatically, which cuts down on manual follow-up for the site owner.

Features

• Multiple expiration warnings: Send several reminder emails at custom intervals before a membership expires, so members are informed more than once and have time to renew.
• Customizable email templates: Edit the content, style and messaging of each expiration warning so the emails match your brand and tone.
• Flexible scheduling: Choose when each email is sent, such as a number of days or weeks before expiration, to control the timeline of your reminders.
• Built for Paid Memberships Pro: The add-on works with Paid Memberships Pro and fits alongside your existing membership workflows.
• Support for multiple levels: Tailor expiration warnings to different membership tiers, so each group of members receives messaging that is relevant to them.
• Simple configuration screen: A straightforward settings interface lets non-technical users set up and manage expiration emails without complicated configuration.
• Automated email dispatch: Reminders are sent automatically on your schedule, which reduces the administrative work of contacting members one by one.
