Paid Memberships Pro - Invite Only Membership Add On

Open registration does not suit every community. A private club, a professional network or a premium content site often wants to decide who gets in. This add on handles that by requiring an invite before someone can join, so the member list stays selective and every new member arrives through a deliberate step.

It runs on top of Paid Memberships Pro and works with your existing membership levels and settings. Administrators create and manage invitations in the WordPress dashboard, write the invitation emails, and decide how long each invite stays valid and how many times it can be used. Invite codes are also checked and protected at checkout, and only admins can add codes to a member.

Features

• Invite-only sign-ups: Membership registration is limited to users who hold an invitation, which keeps the community private and selective.
• Dashboard invitation management: Send, track and manage invitations from your WordPress dashboard, so approving new members stays in one place.
• Customizable invitation emails: Write personalized invite messages for the people you want to bring in, so each invitation reads as a direct message to them.
• Works with PMPro levels: The add on is compatible with your existing Paid Memberships Pro membership levels and settings, so you do not need to rebuild your setup.
• Limits on invite use: Control how many times a single invitation can be redeemed, which helps you keep tight control over who joins.
• Invitation expiration: Set expiration dates on invites, which helps when you run a membership drive with a defined window.
• Signup tracking: See who has accepted an invitation and manage pending memberships from the same screen.
• Admin-only invite code control: Members cannot add or change their own invite codes. Only admins can assign codes, and codes are sanitized and escaped at checkout and in emails.

Best for

• Private clubs and member-only communities
