Paid Memberships Pro - Slack Integration

Membership sites often depend on email and on-site alerts to keep people informed, and those messages are easy to miss. This plugin adds Slack as another channel. Site administrators can send updates about new posts, events, membership changes and announcements straight to a Slack channel or to individual members, in a place many members already check each day.

You choose which membership levels trigger Slack messages and which channels or users receive them, so communication stays targeted. The plugin works with Slack's API and follows your site's existing membership rules. It suits online courses, subscription communities and exclusive content sites, from small niche groups to larger ones.

Features

• Real-time Slack notifications: Alert members about new posts, events and updates as they happen, so they see fresh content without waiting for an email or visiting the site.
• Customizable notification settings: Choose which membership levels trigger Slack messages and pick the channels or users that receive them, which keeps communication targeted.
• Automated event announcements: Promote webinars, meetups and exclusive events with timely reminders delivered directly to Slack, where members can respond and talk about them.
• Membership status updates: Tell members about renewals, expirations or upgrades automatically, so everyone stays informed about the state of their membership.
• Channel or individual messaging: Send announcements to dedicated Slack channels for the whole community, or direct them to individual members when a message is meant for one person.
• Community discussion in Slack: Use your Slack workspace for discussions, Q&A sessions and peer interaction, building on the space where members already collaborate.
• Simple connection setup: Connect your Paid Memberships Pro site and Slack workspace with minimal configuration and clear controls, without a complicated process.
• Secure messaging: The plugin uses Slack's secure API and applies your site's existing membership rules, which helps protect member data privacy.
