Overview

Running a membership site usually means checking reports at a desk. This add-on moves those reports to a responsive dashboard that fits a phone or tablet. You see new signups, cancellations and revenue changes in one place, and the interface is laid out for touch use, so a quick check takes little effort.

The dashboard is made for sites that already run Paid Memberships Pro. It shows active members, membership levels and total earnings, and it charts membership growth over time so you can spot patterns. Login protection limits access to authorized users, and you can arrange the dashboard widgets to put the metrics you watch most at the front.

Features

  • Responsive mobile dashboard: View your membership site analytics on a smartphone or tablet through an interface designed for touchscreens, so reports stay readable away from your desktop.
  • Live reporting on key changes: Follow new signups, cancellations and revenue changes as they are reported, so you can respond to membership activity when it happens.
  • Membership metrics overview: Check active members, membership levels and total earnings together in a single view instead of moving between several report screens.
  • Trend monitoring: See how membership growth develops over time, which helps you notice patterns, openings and problem areas in your membership business.
  • Secure login access: A login requirement keeps sensitive membership information limited to authorized users, and logged-out visitors are shown a login prompt.
  • Customizable dashboard widgets: Adjust the report views so the metrics that matter most to your goals appear first on the mobile dashboard.
  • Quick view of recent reports: The dashboard shows your last loaded reports right away while fresh data loads, and report data is always loaded from your site.
  • Works with Paid Memberships Pro: The add-on connects to your existing Paid Memberships Pro setup, so the reports reflect the membership data you already manage.

Best for

  • Membership site owners who check stats on a phone
  • Paid Memberships Pro users managing sites on the move
  • Agencies reporting membership activity to clients
