Paid Memberships Pro - Membership Card Add On

A membership site often has no physical or visual proof of belonging. This add-on gives each member a card that carries their name, membership level, expiration date and unique ID. Cards are created automatically when someone signs up or renews, so you do not build them by hand. You can set the colors, logos and typography so the card matches the rest of your brand.

The add-on works with Paid Memberships Pro and keeps cards in step with membership levels, including upgrades, downgrades and renewals. Members can print a PDF or carry a digital version on a phone. Site owners can also use the card for event check-ins or on-site access, and can show perks or discounts on it. A third-party QR code service is used for the card.

Features

• Automatic card creation: A personalized card is generated for each member when they sign up or renew, so you do not have to issue cards manually.
• Customizable design templates: Adjust colors, logos and typography so the card follows your brand guidelines and looks consistent with the rest of your site.
• Member details on the card: Each card can show the member's name, membership level, expiration date and unique ID, which makes identification and verification easy.
• Printable and digital formats: Members can use a printable PDF or a digital version on their phone, whichever suits how they attend events or access perks.
• Cards follow membership levels: Cards update to reflect upgrades, downgrades and renewals, so the information stays current without manual edits.
• Event check-in support: Cards help staff quickly validate members at events or on-site access points, which supports priority access and smoother entry.
• Benefits shown on the card: You can optionally display special perks or discounts on the card to remind members what their membership includes.
• Mobile responsive layout: Cards stay readable and functional on smartphones, tablets and other devices, so members can pull them up wherever they are.
