Easy Digital Downloads - Compare Products

Visitors to a store with many similar digital products often struggle to see how the items differ. This plugin gives them a clean comparison table that lines up key product attributes, so features, prices and benefits can be read at a glance. Customers can add or remove products from the comparison list as they browse, and there is no limit on how many items they compare.

The plugin works with your existing EDD setup, and you can adjust the comparison layout to match your store's branding. Custom product fields let you compare the specific details that matter for your goods, whether that is software, digital assets or virtual services. The tables are responsive, so they display on desktops and smartphones, and the plugin works with popular EDD extensions.

Features

• Side-by-side comparison tables: Products appear next to each other in an organized table, so shoppers can check key details, prices and benefits in one view instead of opening each product page.
• Unlimited product comparisons: Customers can add as many items as they like to the comparison, which suits stores with large catalogs of similar digital goods.
• Add and remove products dynamically: Shoppers can build and change their comparison list as they browse, adding or removing products without leaving the comparison flow.
• Customizable layouts: Adjust how the comparison looks to match your store's branding and put the most important product attributes where customers will see them.
• Custom product fields: Compare any specific feature that matters for your digital goods by using custom product fields. The meta fields table can also be sorted.
• Responsive display: Comparison tables are built to display on desktops and smartphones, with mobile layout and table row alignment addressed in the plugin.
• Works with your EDD setup: The plugin connects to your existing Easy Digital Downloads store and is compatible with popular EDD extensions, so it fits alongside what you already run.
• Theme compatibility: The plugin has been adjusted to work with the default WordPress themes, so comparison tables fit into common site designs.
