Easy Digital Downloads - Mad Mimi

An online store collects useful information with every order, but that data does little if it stays in the store. Easy Digital Downloads – Mad Mimi moves customer and purchase data from your EDD store to Mad Mimi, so your mailing lists reflect who is actually buying. You do not need coding skills or a complicated setup to get the two connected.

Once the data is in place, you can group your audience by purchase activity, spending habits or other customer attributes, and write emails that fit each group. Automation triggers handle follow-ups, product recommendations and abandoned cart reminders. Settings are managed from your WordPress dashboard, which suits store owners who want email marketing tied closely to their EDD shop.

Features

• Customer and purchase data sync: Customer and purchase data from your EDD store is sent to Mad Mimi automatically, which keeps your mailing lists current without manual exports.
• Personalized email campaigns: Create emails based on customer behavior and purchase history, so each message matches what the recipient has actually bought or looked at.
• Automated marketing workflows: Set up automation triggers for follow-ups, product recommendations and abandoned cart reminders, so these emails go out without manual work each time.
• Audience segmentation: Split your audience by purchase activity, spending habits or other customer attributes, then aim campaigns at the groups that fit them.
• Dashboard-based settings: Manage your email marketing and integration settings from inside your WordPress dashboard, with no separate setup tool or coding required.
• Support for repeat purchases: Send timely, relevant content to existing customers to keep the relationship going and encourage them to come back to your store.
• Product launch and promotion emails: Use your lists to announce new products, promote discounts or simply stay in touch with the people who have bought from you.
