Overview

Standard cart updates in a digital product store can reload the page or send the shopper somewhere else. This plugin replaces that step with a popup that appears right after an item is added. The customer sees confirmation straight away and keeps browsing where they were, which cuts out a bit of friction in the buying process.

The popup is built for digital product stores running Easy Digital Downloads. From it, customers can look over their selected items, adjust quantities or move on to checkout. The design can be styled to match your site, and the layout is responsive, so it fits desktops, tablets and smartphones. Setup happens inside your existing EDD configuration and needs no coding.

Features

  • Instant add to cart popup: A popup confirms that a product was added to the cart, keeping customers informed without interrupting their browsing.
  • No page reloads: Shoppers add items without a page reload or redirect, which keeps the path to checkout short and uninterrupted.
  • Customizable popup design: Styling options let you match the popup to your site's branding so it looks like a natural part of your store.
  • Responsive on all devices: The popup is built to work on desktops, tablets and smartphones, so mobile shoppers get the same cart feedback.
  • Quick cart access: Customers can review their cart and move to checkout straight from the popup, without hunting for a cart link.
  • Quantity adjustments: Shoppers can change the quantity of selected items from the popup before they continue to checkout.
  • Variable and simple products: Works with the Easy Digital Downloads product types, including variable options, so customers keep control over their choices.
  • Settings page preview: The plugin's own settings page has a dedicated button to preview the popup, so you can check your styling while you configure it.

Best for

  • Easy Digital Downloads stores selling digital products
  • Store owners who want customers to stay on the product page
  • Sites with many shoppers on phones and tablets
