BookPro – Appointment Booking WordPress Plugin

Many service businesses still handle bookings by phone or message, which eats into the working day and leads to missed or double-booked slots. BookPro puts scheduling on your WordPress site so clients can reserve a spot at any hour, and you keep a clear view of who is coming and when.

You build the booking form with custom fields for the details your services need, then set available hours, breaks and buffer times. Clients can choose a service and a provider, receive email and SMS reminders, and pay a deposit or the full amount through popular gateways. The layout adapts to desktops, tablets and phones.

Features

• Simple booking interface: Clients move through the scheduling steps quickly, and the interface is easy for business owners to manage too, which cuts down the admin work around appointments.
• Custom booking forms: Add custom fields to the booking form so you collect the exact client details each of your services requires before an appointment is confirmed.
• Email and SMS reminders: Confirmations and reminders go out to clients automatically by email and SMS, helping reduce no-shows without any manual follow-up from you or your staff.
• Time slot control: Define your available hours, breaks and buffer times so the booking calendar only offers slots that fit how you actually work during the day.
• Multiple services and staff: Customers can choose between different services and service providers, which lets a team with several offerings run everything from one booking system.
• Deposits and full payments: Take a deposit or the full payment at booking time through popular payment gateways, so the transaction is settled as part of reserving the slot.
• Google Calendar syncing: Appointments can be matched with Google Calendar and other popular calendar platforms, so your schedule stays in one place and overlapping bookings are avoided.
• Languages and time zones: Set language preferences and handle several time zones, which helps when your clients are spread across different regions and speak different languages.
