Everest Forms Survey, Polls and Quiz

Plain contact forms only go so far when you want to learn something from your visitors. This add-on lets you collect feedback with surveys, run polls to gauge opinion, or test knowledge with quizzes, all inside the Everest Forms builder you may already use. You can mix question formats such as multiple choice, checkbox, dropdown, rating scales and open-ended answers, and use conditional logic to show or hide fields based on earlier responses.

Once responses arrive, the plugin helps you make sense of them. Poll and quiz results can be shown to respondents right after they submit, and reports and analysis tools give you a clearer view of preferences and knowledge levels. Forms can be styled to match your site, work on mobile devices, and accept anonymous or account-based submissions, with limits on participation. Collected data can also be connected to email marketing and CRM tools for follow-up.

Features

• Multiple question types: Build surveys, polls and quizzes with multiple choice, checkbox, dropdown, rating scale and open-ended questions, so each form can gather the kind of answer you need.
• Conditional logic: Show or hide fields depending on previous answers, so each respondent sees a form that adapts to the choices they make as they fill it in.
• Real-time results display: Poll or quiz results can appear right after a visitor submits, giving respondents immediate feedback on how they answered or how they scored.
• Reporting and analysis: Review analytics and exportable reports to understand user behavior, preferences and knowledge levels captured through your forms.
• Built for Everest Forms: This add-on is designed specifically for Everest Forms, so it fits into the form builder you already work in on your WordPress site.
• Customizable design and layouts: Flexible styling options let you match surveys, polls and quizzes to your site's branding so they look consistent with the rest of your pages.
• Drag-and-drop builder: Create interactive forms with the drag-and-drop builder and organized settings. No coding knowledge is needed to put a survey or quiz together.
• Submission options and limits: Let people submit anonymously or with user accounts, and set limits on participation to help keep your collected data reliable.
