User Registration Invite Codes

Open registration invites spam and unwanted accounts. This add-on closes that gap by asking for an invite code at sign-up. Visitors without a valid code cannot register, which keeps a private community, members-only area or event site limited to the people you chose. Each code can carry its own rules, so access stays under your control.

You create codes in the admin area and hand them out as you see fit. A code can assign a specific user role, expire on a set date and be capped at a number of uses. Bulk generation covers larger groups. An invitation code field is added to your registration form through the form builder. The add-on works with WordPress and the User Registration & Membership plugin.
