NEX-Forms - Super Selection Form Field Add-on

Default selection fields in a form tend to look plain and give visitors little feedback when they choose an option. This add-on changes that for radio buttons, checkboxes, drop-down selects and spinner selects. You pick icons and on/off colors for each option, so every choice can reflect your branding and make the form easier to read at a glance.

It works inside the NEX-Forms ecosystem, so you can use it next to the other form building tools and add-ons you already run. Selections can be linked to other form fields, which lets a form react to what a visitor picks without custom code. The forms are responsive, so they work on desktops, tablets and phones. It suits contact forms, surveys and other interactive forms.
