NEX-Forms - Form to Post/Page Add-on

Collecting content from visitors usually means reading emails or copying text into the editor by hand. This add-on removes that step. You build a form with NEX-Forms, and each submission can become a post or page on your site. It suits any site where visitors contribute material, such as a blog, a recipe site, a directory or a set of profile pages.

Setup happens through mapping. You connect form fields to the usual WordPress post settings: title, content, excerpt, categories, tags and author. A file upload field can supply the featured image. The interface is built so administrators of any skill level can work through the mapping, and you keep control over how each post or page is configured. Form building, validation and submission handling stay with NEX-Forms itself.

Features

• Posts and pages from submissions: Generate a WordPress post or page from any NEX-Forms submission, so user-provided content reaches your site without manual copying into the editor.
• Title and content mapping: Map form fields to the post title and main content, so what a visitor types into the form becomes the body of the published entry.
• Excerpt, category and tag control: Set excerpts, categories and tags from form data, which keeps submitted entries organized the same way as the rest of your content.
• Author settings: Configure the author of each generated post or page directly from the form setup, giving you control over how entries are attributed.
• Featured image from uploads: Assign a featured image using a file uploaded through a form field, which removes extra backend work after each submission.
• Works with NEX-Forms: The add-on builds on the NEX-Forms platform, so form building, validation and submission handling continue to run through the plugin you already use.
• Responsive and Retina ready: Forms and generated content are designed to look clear and work properly across different devices and screen resolutions.
• Simple mapping interface: An intuitive interface guides the configuration, so site administrators of any skill level can set up content automation.
