ACS Courier Voucher for WooCommerce

Shipping a WooCommerce order with a courier usually means copying addresses and details into a separate system. This plugin moves that work into the store. It connects to ACS Courier Web Services, so a voucher can be created from the order screen without manual entry, which cuts down on typing mistakes and saves time on each parcel.

The connection also works in the other direction. Shipment feedback from ACS Courier can update order statuses, such as Delivery Completed or Delivery Denied, and customers can receive emails with tracking numbers and shipment details. Stores that ship from several branches can use more than one set of ACS Courier credentials in a single shop. The plugin is built for the Greek market.

Features

• Voucher creation from the dashboard: Generate ACS Courier shipping vouchers directly from your WooCommerce dashboard, so there is no need to enter shipment details by hand in another system.
• Single and bulk printing: Print one shipping ticket or many at once. The printing options fit stores with a few daily orders as well as those with larger volumes.
• Voucher cancellation: Cancel a voucher when plans change. This helps keep your shipping records accurate and avoids courier charges for shipments that will not go out.
• Shipment tracing: Follow each parcel's delivery status, so you and your customers can see up-to-date tracking information for an order.
• Automatic customer emails: Send customers an email with the tracking number and shipment details as soon as their order has shipped.
• Automatic order status updates: Orders change to Delivery Completed or Delivery Denied based on the shipment confirmation or rejection received from ACS Courier.
• Multiple ACS Courier credentials: Manage several ACS accounts or branches in one WooCommerce store, which suits businesses that ship from different locations across Greece.
• HPOS compatibility: The plugin works with WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage, so it fits stores that have switched to the newer order data system.
