AffiliateWP - Vanity Coupon Codes

Randomly generated coupon codes are hard to remember and say little about the affiliate who shares them. This add-on lets affiliates ask for a code that reflects their name, brand or personality, so the code is easier for their audience to recall and for the affiliate to promote. Affiliates make the request from the Affiliate Area or Affiliate Portal.

Site owners stay in control. Each request goes through an approval step, and built-in validation catches duplicates and invalid entries. The add-on works with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads and MemberPress, and it supports both manual and dynamic coupon generation. It also works with URL Coupons, so it fits into a store setup you already run.

Features

• Affiliate-requested custom codes: Affiliates can ask for a coupon code named after themselves, their brand or their personality, instead of relying on a randomly generated string that is hard to remember.
• Approval system for site owners: You can approve or reject each vanity coupon request, which keeps control over naming standards and consistency across your affiliate program.
• Bulk approve or reject: When several coupon requests come in at once, you can approve or reject them together instead of handling each one separately.
• Built-in code validation: Validation checks requests to prevent duplicate and invalid entries, so the coupon system stays clean and every code works as intended.
• Email notifications for affiliates: Affiliates receive an email when a request is approved or rejected, so they know where their coupon stands at each step.
• Affiliate Area and Portal integration: Affiliates request and manage their custom coupon names directly in the Affiliate Area or Affiliate Portal, without leaving the program they already use.
• Manual and dynamic generation: The add-on supports both manual and dynamic coupon generation methods, which suits different affiliate marketing strategies.
• Works with major store platforms: It is compatible with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads and MemberPress, plus URL Coupons, so it can sit on top of your existing store setup.
