Purge AMP CDN Cache

AMP pages are cached by Google's AMP CDN, so a post you have just edited can keep showing its older version for a while. That is a problem when you correct a fact, change a headline or update a news story and want readers to see the new text right away.

Purge AMP CDN Cache adds a one-click purge to your WordPress admin, so you can clear the cache for an individual post without manual steps. It works with any AMP plugin, so it fits into the setup you already have. It follows Google's official AMP cache purge method, which keeps the clearing process straightforward.

Features

• One-click cache purge: Clear Google's AMP CDN cache for an individual post straight from your WordPress admin with a single click, with no technical steps involved.
• Works with any AMP plugin: The plugin is compatible with any AMP plugin, so it suits a wide range of WordPress AMP setups without changing the tools you already use.
• Built on Google's purge method: It follows Google's official AMP cache purge method, so clearing the cache is done in the way Google provides for this task.
• Faster content updates: You no longer wait for Google's cache to expire on its own. Changes to your AMP content can be pushed live sooner.
• Handy for news corrections: Use it when you update breaking news, fix outdated information or refresh evergreen content, so AMP pages reflect those edits.
• Runs inside the dashboard: Cache control sits in your WordPress admin, so you manage purging in the same place where you write and edit your posts.
• Tested with current WordPress: The plugin has been tested with a recent WordPress release and uses an updated purge address to keep cache clearing working as intended.
