MemberPress Mailster

Running a membership site and an email newsletter as two separate systems means a lot of manual list work. Someone joins, upgrades or cancels, and you have to update your subscribers by hand. MemberPress Mailster removes that gap by syncing member data between MemberPress and Mailster inside WordPress, with no complex API configuration.

Members are added to specific Mailster lists or campaigns according to their membership level. Campaigns can then go out when a membership is purchased, upgraded, downgraded or cancelled. You can send reminders, renewal notices and exclusive content to the right group. Synchronization logs let you check subscriber updates and trace problems when something looks off.

Features

• MemberPress and Mailster sync: Membership data and email lists stay synchronized, so your newsletter audience reflects who is actually a member on your WordPress site.
• Tagging by membership level: Subscribers are tagged automatically based on their membership level, which gives you precise audience segments without sorting people into lists yourself.
• Campaigns on membership events: Trigger targeted email campaigns when a membership is purchased, upgraded, downgraded or cancelled, so messages match what the member just did.
• Automated personalized workflows: Set up automated email workflows tailored to member activity, so members receive content that fits their status and interests.
• Setup inside WordPress: Configuration happens within WordPress, without complex API configurations or manual syncing between the two tools.
• Unlimited levels and lists: The plugin supports unlimited membership levels and Mailster lists, so your email setup can grow along with your membership structure.
• Reminders and renewal notices: Send timely reminders, renewal notices and exclusive content by email to keep members informed and engaged with your community.
• Synchronization logs: Detailed logs record subscriber updates, which helps you monitor what was synced and troubleshoot issues quickly.
