Dixie WordPress Theme

A podcast site has to present episodes clearly, play audio without friction and still look like the show it represents. Dixie WordPress Theme is built around that job. It works with podcasting plugins such as PowerPress, Seriously Simple Podcasting and Simple Podcast Press, and it supports media from hosts including Libsyn, SoundCloud and MixCloud.

Customization runs through the WordPress Customizer and the Elementor page builder, so you can adjust colors, typography and layouts without writing code. The design is responsive and displays on devices from phones to large monitors. A one-click demo import gives you a finished starting point, and the theme can be translated with popular translation plugins.

Features

• Built-in audio and video players: Integrated players work across browsers and devices, with options such as download buttons, play in a new window and embedded media from platforms like YouTube and SoundCloud.
• Multiple episode layouts: Show episodes as a single-column list, a multi-column grid, a masonry layout or a slider, depending on how you want your archive to look.
• Flexible pagination options: Choose Load More buttons, infinite scroll or traditional numbered pagination so visitors can move through a long list of episodes the way you prefer.
• Podcast plugin compatibility: Dixie works with PowerPress, Seriously Simple Podcasting and Simple Podcast Press, and also supports WooCommerce and WPML for added functionality.
• Customizer and Elementor control: Tailor the look and functionality of the site with the WordPress Customizer framework and the Elementor page builder, with no coding knowledge required.
• Color and font options: Change the site's color scheme and pick from over 900 Google Fonts, so the design can match your podcast's branding.
• Show hosts pages: Give each host a dedicated page with a bio, images and social media links, so listeners can get to know the people behind the show.
