SureFeedback (ProjectHuddle) Admin Site

Feedback on web projects often arrives through emails, phone calls and chat threads, which makes it hard to see who asked for what. This plugin moves that conversation onto the work itself. Reviewers click the exact spot they mean on a live site, an image mockup or a PDF and leave a comment there, so the request is clear to whoever reads it.

Comments appear in real time, and the whole team can see them in a central place alongside revisions. You can also track project and page approvals, so everyone signs off on deliverables before launch. The plugin suits agencies, freelancers and internal teams, and the interface is made for clients who are not developers. It works with sites built on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HTML5 and other CMSs and frameworks.

Features

• Visual, contextual comments: Clients and team members click anywhere on a live website or image mockup to leave a precise, interactive comment tied to the exact point they are talking about.
• Real-time collaboration: Clients and internal teams can add input at the same time, so everyone sees the same comments as they arrive and approvals and iterations move along.
• Project and page approvals: Manage and track approvals within each project, so everyone can sign off on deliverables before launch and delays caused by unclear status are easier to avoid.
• Central feedback management: Comments and revisions are organized in one place, which replaces scattered email chains and misplaced client requests with a single record of the discussion.
• Many file types supported: Collect feedback on websites, PDFs, wireframes, banners, photos and other design assets, so one tool can handle review across different kinds of project material.
• Works across platforms: Use it with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HTML5 and other major CMSs and frameworks, which keeps one feedback process in place across different kinds of web projects.
• Friendly for non-developers: The interface is designed for clients and team members who are not developers, with a small learning curve so reviewers can start commenting without training.
• Internal QA and bug reporting: Teams can use the same commenting tools for bug reports, QA and design and development discussions, keeping technical feedback next to the page it concerns.

Best for

• Web design agencies gathering client feedback
