Soliloquy Instagram Addon

Keeping a website in step with your Instagram account usually means saving images, uploading them to WordPress and arranging them by hand. Soliloquy Instagram Addon removes that routine. You connect your Instagram account, choose where the photos should come from, and the plugin builds a slider from them.

You can pull images from your own feed, from photos you have liked, or from photos that carry specific tags. Each slide can link back to the original Instagram post, and captions can appear on the images. It fits blogs, photography portfolios and business sites that already share work on Instagram and want that work visible on their pages.

Features

• Automatic photo import: Instagram photos come into WordPress directly, so you do not have to save each image and upload it to your media library by hand.
• Feed, liked and tagged sources: Build a slider from your personal Instagram feed, from images you have liked, or from photos tagged with specific keywords, depending on the content you want to show.
• Links to original posts: Each slider image can link to its original Instagram post, giving visitors a direct path to your account and the full post.
• Photo captions on slides: Instagram captions can be displayed over the slider images, which gives visitors context for each photo.
• Randomized photo order: Shuffle the order of photos in a slider so returning visitors see the images in a different sequence.
• Cached Instagram data: Instagram data is cached every 12 hours, which reduces repeated requests to Instagram while keeping the slider reasonably current.
• Responsive slider display: Sliders adjust to different screen sizes, so the photos display properly on phones, tablets and desktop screens.
• Quick account connection: Connect your Instagram account and set up a slider in a few steps, with no custom code needed.
