Facebook Chat For AMP

Many AMP sites have no simple way for mobile visitors to ask a question. Facebook Chat For AMP fills that gap by embedding your Facebook page chat into your AMP pages. Visitors use the Messenger interface they already know, so starting a conversation takes little effort.

Setup asks for your Facebook page URL and logo, with no app IDs or coding involved. The chat icon adapts to mobile screens, and incoming messages arrive in your Facebook page inbox, which you can check from your phone. It is built for AMP, so it fits sites already running on that format.

Features

• Facebook Messenger live chat: Adds Facebook's live chat to your AMP pages, so visitors can message your Facebook page directly through the familiar Messenger interface.
• Responsive chat icon: The chat widget adapts automatically to mobile devices, giving visitors a clear, easy-to-tap icon on AMP pages.
• Simple page URL setup: Enter your Facebook page URL and logo to get started. No complex API keys or app IDs are needed to connect the chat.
• Real-time customer interaction: Talk with visitors as they browse, answering questions and offering support from your AMP pages while they are still engaged.
• Manage messages from your phone: All incoming conversations land in your Facebook page inbox, so you can reply from your mobile phone anywhere, anytime.
• Built for AMP: Designed specifically for Accelerated Mobile Pages, the plugin is AMP-compliant and lightweight, keeping chat available on AMP-enabled WordPress sites.
• Works with current WordPress and AMP: The plugin is kept compatible with current WordPress and AMP standards, and it runs on modern PHP releases.
