Creative professionals often need a clean way to present finished work, and a plain blog post list rarely does the job. OceanWP Portfolio gives OceanWP sites a dedicated portfolio display. Visitors can browse projects by category, open images in a lightbox, and follow links to individual project pages or external resources.

You decide where the portfolio appears, using either a dedicated page template or a shortcode. Styling options cover spacing, colors, overlays and typography, so the grid can match your brand. You can also choose which items show by author, category or tag. It suits photographers, designers, artists and agencies already running OceanWP.

• Page template or shortcode: Place your portfolio on any page using a dedicated page template, or drop it into content with a shortcode, which gives you control over where projects appear.
• Customizable filter bar: Show or hide a filter bar so visitors can move between portfolio categories. You can adjust its position, styling and typography to fit your design.
• Item styling controls: Adjust margin, padding, color, overlay color and typography for portfolio items, so the grid looks consistent with the rest of your site.
• Custom image dimensions: Set your own image widths and heights for portfolio items, which keeps thumbnails proportioned the way you want across the whole grid.
• Content filtering and sorting: Choose which projects display by author, categories or tags, sort them, and exclude items you do not want shown in a given portfolio.
• PhotoSwipe lightbox: Images open in a lightbox built on PhotoSwipe, made with photographers in mind and designed to avoid loading excessive scripts.
• Schema markup and Gutenberg support: Page and schema markup is built in and follows OceanWP Schema Markup settings. Gutenberg block support lets you add portfolios in the native block editor.
• Links and external URLs: Enable or disable links and lightbox icons, and point portfolio items to external URLs with target settings you control. The plugin is also translation-ready.
