AMP Rating

Sites that serve AMP pages often lose their star ratings, because many rating and review plugins do not output anything on the AMP version of a post. Visitors on mobile then see the content without the scores that appear on the regular page. AMP Rating fills that gap by bringing the star display into AMP pages while keeping them valid under AMP rules.

The plugin reads ratings from other review tools, including KK Star Ratings, WP Customer Reviews, WP Review and Taqyeem, and shows them as stars. It works with standard posts and custom post types, so product pages, recipes and blog entries can all carry ratings. It also shows an overall score, which helps readers judge quality quickly.

Features

• Star ratings on AMP pages: Shows star review ratings inside AMP pages so mobile readers see the same kind of rating display they would expect on the standard version of your content.
• Custom post type support: Works with custom post types as well as standard posts, so ratings can appear on products, recipes, blog entries or other content structures on your site.
• Works with major review plugins: Connects with rating and review plugins such as KK Star Ratings, WP Customer Reviews, WP Review and Taqyeem, so you can keep the tool you already use.
• Support for WP-PostRatings: WP-PostRatings is among the compatible rating plugins, which means existing ratings collected with it can be displayed on your AMP pages.
• AMP validation maintained: Keeps AMP compliance in place while ratings are displayed, so your pages continue to meet AMP standards after the star display is added.
• Overall score display: Shows the cumulative star rating score clearly to visitors, making it easier to gauge the quality of a product or piece of content at a glance.
• Simple configuration: Setup is straightforward, so you can start showing star ratings on AMP pages with little configuration and return to working on your content.
• Fits several site types: Suited to bloggers, website owners and online stores that want product and content ratings displayed in an attractive star format on mobile pages.
