WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-ons

Some products need more than a size and a color. Personalized items, made-to-order goods and configurable services often call for text input, file uploads and choices that depend on earlier answers. This plugin lets you build those forms in Gravity Forms and attach them to WooCommerce products, so the options appear right on the product page.

Once a customer fills in the form, the plugin tracks each unique configuration in the cart. If the same configuration is added again, the quantity goes up instead of creating a duplicate line. You also decide how prices are shown, using the WooCommerce default or custom text such as "As Low As." It works with HPOS and the block editor for cart and checkout pages.
