Hotel Booking Email Attachments

Hotels and rental owners often send the same documents with every reservation: a confirmation, an invoice, directions for arrival, a guide to the property. Doing that by hand takes time, and a file can easily be forgotten. Hotel Booking Email Attachments by MotoPress adds those files to the emails that the Hotel Booking plugin already sends, so guests receive them with the message itself.

You choose which files go with which type of email, and you can use formats such as PDFs, DOCs and images. It works with the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin and can be used on multilingual sites, so guests can receive files in their preferred language. It suits any property that wants guests to have key details before they arrive.

Features

• Automatic file attachment: Booking confirmations, invoices and other documents are attached to reservation emails automatically, so guests receive the information without anyone sending files manually.
• Choose files per email type: Select which files go with each type of email, which gives you control over exactly what information guests receive at each stage of a booking.
• Multiple file formats: Attach PDFs, DOCs, images and other file types, so you can share whatever kind of document your property needs to send to guests.
• Works with Hotel Booking: The plugin is built for the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin and adds attachments to the emails it already sends for reservations.
• Check-in and policy details: Send check-in instructions, hotel policies and guest information guides ahead of arrival, which helps reduce confusion about how a stay works.
• Less manual work: Staff no longer attach documents by hand, which saves time and lowers the chance of a missing or wrong file in a guest email.
• Multilingual email support: Compatible with multilingual setups, so files can be attached in the languages your international guests prefer.
• Simple to manage: The interface is easy to set up and manage, including for users with little technical knowledge.
