Gravity Forms Google Calendar Add-On

Many sites collect bookings or meeting requests through a form, then someone copies the details into a calendar by hand. That takes time and invites mistakes. This add-on removes the copying step. A feed action creates a Google Calendar event from each submission, taking the start time from mapped Date and Time fields and using either a fixed duration or mapped end fields.

Event details can follow what the visitor enters, and you can send invitations to mapped or fixed guests, add a Google Meet link, and sync to different calendars. Rules decide when an event is created, and changes to an entry can update or cancel the event. It fits appointment forms, reservation pages and event registration on sites that already use Gravity Forms.

Features

• Events from form submissions: A feed action creates a Google Calendar event from each submission, using mapped Date and Time fields. Set a fixed duration or map end fields, and add all-day events or recurrence rules.
• Booking Slot field: Visitors see only times that are free on the target calendar. Availability comes from a weekly schedule, date exceptions and Google free/busy data across the target and any conflict calendars.
• Event registration field: A Calendar Event field lets visitors register for events that already exist on a calendar. Capacity is counted from Gravity Forms entries, and remaining places appear in the choice label.
• Guest invitations and Meet links: Send calendar invitations to mapped and fixed guests, and create a Google Meet link for the event. Registrants can optionally be added to an existing event as guests.
• Merge tags for event data: Use the {googlecalendar_event_link}, {googlecalendar_meet_link}, {googlecalendar_start} and {googlecalendar_end} merge tags to place event details in your notifications and confirmations.
• Cancel and reschedule syncing: When an entry is edited, trashed or deleted, or its payment is refunded, the calendar event is updated or cancelled to match. Event creation can also wait until payment is received.
• Entries list column and test button: A filterable Google Calendar column appears on the entries list, and a Send Test button on the feed lets you check the connection and event setup.
• Your own OAuth 2.0 connection: Connect with your own OAuth 2.0 credentials. If Google rejects the stored refresh token, a clear reconnect notice tells you the link needs renewing.
