AffiliateWP Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms

Affiliate programs need a sign-up form, and the form often has to match the rest of the site. This plugin lets you build that form in Ninja Forms with its drag-and-drop builder. You choose the fields, the layout and the branding without writing code, then use the form to register new affiliates.

When a visitor submits the form, the plugin registers them as an affiliate in AffiliateWP, so nobody has to copy details by hand. You can map Ninja Forms fields to AffiliateWP affiliate account fields so the right data lands in the right place. It works with AffiliateWP's affiliate approval process, email notifications and referral tracking.

Features

• Any form becomes a sign-up form: Turn any Ninja Forms form into an affiliate registration form, so affiliates can join through a form you built and control yourself.
• Drag-and-drop form design: Use the Ninja Forms builder to lay out the sign-up form, add custom fields and match your branding, all without coding.
• Automatic affiliate registration: Affiliates are registered in AffiliateWP when the form is submitted, which removes manual data entry from the onboarding process.
• Field mapping: Map Ninja Forms fields to AffiliateWP affiliate account fields, so the information you collect is captured accurately for your program.
• Conditional logic: Apply Ninja Forms conditional logic to change how the form behaves, giving applicants a registration experience that responds to their answers.
• Works with AffiliateWP workflows: Supports AffiliateWP's affiliate approval process, email notifications and referral tracking, so sign-ups fit into your existing affiliate management.
• Built on your existing forms: The sign-up form uses your current Ninja Forms setup and design style, so it looks consistent with the rest of your site.
• Extendable code: The plugin uses clean, extendable code, so developers can add custom functionality or connect it with other plugins.
