WPForms Airtable

Copying form entries into a spreadsheet or database by hand takes time and invites mistakes. WPForms Airtable removes that step. When a visitor submits a form, the entry is passed to Airtable automatically, so event registrations, survey responses and customer inquiries end up in one organized place without anyone retyping them.

You choose how the data is stored by mapping WPForms fields to Airtable columns. The add-on works with the forms you already build in WPForms, including contact forms, registrations and surveys. Teams can then work from the same Airtable records, which suits anyone who keeps leads, sign-ups or feedback in Airtable and wants the website feeding it directly.

Features

• Automatic sync to Airtable: Form submissions are sent into your Airtable databases automatically, which removes manual data entry and keeps the records in your base matching what visitors submitted.
• Real-time data capture: Entries reach Airtable as soon as a form is submitted, so your team can see new leads, registrations or feedback without waiting for a manual export.
• Custom field mapping: Map each WPForms field to an Airtable column to control how information is structured and stored in your base.
• Works with many form types: Send event registrations, surveys, contact forms and other WPForms forms to Airtable for organized storage and analysis.
• Simple setup for WPForms users: The add-on has an intuitive interface made for people already using WPForms, so configuration is quick even for beginners.
• Fewer transfer errors: Because data moves directly from form to database, there is less chance of mistakes from copying entries by hand, which helps keep reports reliable.
• Shared team access: Several team members can work with the same centralized records in Airtable, which helps with communication and project follow-up.
• File and payment field handling: Payment fields can be mapped, and a notice warns that files from File Upload or Camera fields stay accessible in Airtable when access restrictions are enabled.
