Formidable Bootstrap

Forms built with Formidable Forms often need extra styling to match the rest of a site. Formidable Bootstrap connects the plugin with the Bootstrap framework, so your forms pick up Bootstrap's clean, modern design elements. You can adjust colors, fonts, buttons and layouts through simple settings, with no coding required. The result is a set of forms that look polished and consistent from page to page.

The plugin is built around responsive design. Each form adapts to the screen it is viewed on, whether that is a desktop, a tablet or a smartphone. It works with every type of Formidable Forms field, so you keep the full function of your forms while changing how they look. It suits contact forms, surveys and any other form that collects data from visitors.
