Formidable Registration

Many sites need more than a basic sign-up form. You may want specific fields, rules for what users can enter, and a way to control what each new member can do. Formidable Registration extends Formidable Forms so you can design a registration form field by field, set validation rules, and match the form to your workflow. It suits membership sites, online communities and any site that requires user sign-ups.

Once a form is live, it works with the native WordPress user system to create and manage accounts. Conditional logic shows or hides fields based on what a visitor enters, and new users can be given a specific role at sign-up. Confirmation emails and admin alerts go out automatically, and users can edit their profiles from the front end. Hooks and filters are included for custom workflows.

Features

• Custom registration forms: Build registration forms that capture exactly the user information you need, with control over every field, validation rule and notification.
• Native WordPress user accounts: Works with the built-in WordPress user system, so account creation and management happen without a complicated setup.
• Conditional logic: Show or hide form fields dynamically based on what the visitor enters, which keeps registration forms shorter and easier to complete.
• Automatic role assignment: Assign a specific user role to each new user at registration, which helps with access control and membership management.
• Email notifications and automations: Send customized confirmation emails, admin alerts or follow-up messages automatically when someone registers.
• Front-end profile editing: Let registered users update their own profiles from the front end of your site, without entering the WordPress dashboard.
• Spam protection and validation: Built-in anti-spam measures and validation rules help guard the site against fake registrations and malicious activity.
• Hooks and filters: Developers can customize behavior and connect third-party tools or custom workflows using the included hooks and filters.
