WP Adverts - Better Messages

On a classifieds site, buyers often have questions before they commit: is the item still available, can the seller send another photo, what are the details? Without a messaging tool, those conversations drift to outside channels. This integration keeps them on your site by placing private chat where people already browse listings.

It is built for WP Adverts and uses the Better Messages plugin to run the conversations. Users can start a chat from the listing page, share files such as images or documents, add emojis, and see live notifications when a new message arrives. Chat appearance and behavior can be adjusted to fit your site, which suits local marketplaces and niche classifieds communities.

Features

• Real-time private messaging: Buyers and sellers can chat instantly and privately, which makes questions about a listing quicker to ask and easier to answer.
• Built for WP Adverts: The chat is embedded in your WP Adverts classified listings, so users start a conversation from the listing page without leaving it.
• File sharing in chats: Users can exchange images, documents and other files inside a conversation, which helps sellers give buyers the detail they ask for.
• Emoji support: Emojis are available in messages, so users can add a little tone and personality to their conversations.
• Live notifications: Users are told right away when a new message arrives, which helps conversations keep moving and replies come sooner.
• Mobile-friendly chat: The messaging interface is made to work on any device, so people can chat from a phone, tablet or desktop.
• Customizable chat settings: Adjust how the chat looks and works to match your site's branding and the needs of your users.
• Multiple language support: The messaging supports multiple languages, which suits classifieds sites with visitors from different language backgrounds.
