Nokri - Job Board WordPress Theme

A job board needs more than a list of postings. Employers want to publish and manage listings, and candidates want to find roles that match what they are looking for. Nokri handles both sides with two separate dashboards, so each type of user sees the tools that apply to them. Job seekers can narrow results with search filters and view nearby jobs based on location.

Nokri also covers the content and revenue side of a job site. It can import listings from Indeed, Jooble, CareerJet, Reed and Adzuna, so a new portal does not start empty. It works with Elementor for page layouts, WooCommerce for paid options and WPML for multilingual sites. A one-click demo import sets up the starting layout.

Features

• Separate employer and candidate dashboards: Employers and candidates each get their own dashboard, so every user sees only the tools that match their role on the job board.
• Advanced job search filters: Job seekers can use filters to narrow listings down to the roles that fit their criteria instead of scrolling through every posting.
• Nearby jobs: Candidates can see jobs close to their location, which helps with local job discovery on regional job portals.
• Company ratings: Companies can be rated, which gives candidates more information about an employer before they apply.
• Paid job bumps: Employers can pay to bump their listings, giving the site owner a way to offer promoted jobs.
• Email alerts: Email alerts keep candidates and employers informed about job matches and updates on the board.
• Job imports from major services: Listings can be imported from Indeed, Jooble, CareerJet, Reed and Adzuna to keep the board populated with jobs.
• Elementor, WooCommerce and WPML support: The theme works with Elementor for page building, WooCommerce for paid features and WPML for translating the site into other languages.
