Omago News - User Profile Membership & Content Sharing Theme

Many news and magazine sites publish in one direction only. Omago News changes that by adding front end registration, login and user profiles through Ultimate Member. Visitors can sign up, fill in a profile and contribute articles, news and other content themselves, which gives a community site a steady flow of material.

You stay in control of who sees what. Custom form fields let you collect the details you need, member directories list your active users, and content restriction limits access by user role or membership status. Social sharing buttons and several advert locations are built in, and the demo can be imported in one click so you start from a working layout.

Features

• Front end registration and login: Visitors register, log in and manage their accounts on the front end of your site, using the Ultimate Member plugin that the theme is built around.
• User profiles: Each member can build a profile page, giving your news site or community a place where people are identified and can manage the content they share.
• Custom form fields: Adjust registration and profile forms with custom fields, so you collect the information that matters for your community or publication.
• Member directories: Display your active members in customizable directories, which helps visitors find each other and see who is contributing to the site.
• User submitted content: Members can contribute articles, news and other content directly from the front end, so your site grows with material from its own community.
• Content restriction: Limit access to selected content based on user roles or membership status, keeping exclusive material available only to the people you choose.
• Social sharing and advert spots: Built-in sharing buttons let readers pass content along on popular networks, and multiple advert locations give you places to display ads.
• One-click demo import: Import the demo with one click to copy its layout and setup, then replace the sample content with your own and adjust colors, fonts and layouts.
